Déjà vu - Lawrence's Bucky Cox was a Cordley School student who gained national prominence in the late 1970s by running marathons and setting age-group records for the grueling 26-mile-plus event. Cox quit running in 1983 at the age of 11 after passing the 12,000-mile plateau.

Six-year-old’s marathon sparks controversy on social media. The Crawford family of Bellevue, KY has attracted criticism for running Cincinnati's Flying Pig Marathon with their six-year-old in tow. more
