Congratulations to Matt O'Reilly for his overall 5th place finish at the Mesa Falls Marathon (Calif.) on Aug 22. His 3:20:34. Matt also created the awards for the Shoreline Shuffle.

A lot of Lawrence & Topeka area runners took part in the Konquer the Konza on Sept 20. See all the results. Top three finishers included:

The Best Strength Training Workout Is Surprisingly Easy. The number of reps and sets you do is less important than these fundamentals.
